What if you could sense the truth behind another’s façade, perhaps receiving visions of a tumultuous past? Would it allow for more understanding and empathy for that person?
What if you received messages about crucial events, from an unknown source, using a process you dare not explain, because it would cause others to question your sanity? Would you act on the messages, or try to ignore them?
Some people have an arcane ability to clear their minds of clutter, followed by a mental and emotional infusion of information. Jake Spencer is one of these people, yet, he doesn't always understand it, or know exactly how to proceed, although he has very capable teachers.
Throughout his notable life, Jake experiences nearly every conceivable form of bigotry, emotion and conflict, as the reader participates in his self-growth, through a series of events that often seem out of his control. However, he soon learns that he actually does have the ability to affect much of it, with desirable results. His progression toward a life of self-design, offers all who come into contact with Jake, to likewise learn these techniques.
